Jim Robinson’s art biography

Art biography

I am a self taught Oxfordshire artist and photographer who has been painting and drawing from an early age and taking photographs for over three decades. I work in a studio at home in a village just outside Oxford and work to commission  in mixed media, acrylic and oils. I am a member of West Ox Arts and Oxford Art Society. Most recently I have been involved with community arts projects such as The Big Draw in October at South Oxford Community Association (SOCA). I have undertaken photographic commissions and exhibited locally as well as in Bristol at the RWA, at Little Buckland Gallery as part of Broadway Art Festival and The Strand Gallery in London with Greenfingers Charity. I take monthly art classes at SOCA and summer workshops at New Brewery Arts in Cirencester.
